1. To Establish A Coalition For Social Justice for the people (descendants of the Enslaved Africans) as defined under U.N. recognition of International Law as Afro Descendants.
2. To be inclusive of all willing entrepreneurs who accept to be an affiliate under corporate status of the Parent Corporation.
3. To demonstrate an unbiased conduct of any corporate member's religious affiliation.
4. To allow every corporate member to exercise a vote annually on the direction of the Parent Corporation.
5. To respect the laws of one's perspective country or state.
6. To allow all corporate members to exercise civil disobedience in protests, voting, activism and other lawful actions of its choosing.
7. To exercise the highest moral, social and political civility in all affairs.
